The creator of Team1Realty.com which opened its doors in 1998, Ty previously coowned and operated a local ReMax Real Estate Franchise. Ty have a combined 18 years in the Real Estate profession. In addition to being a “Top Salesperson” Selling over 100 properties per year, for several years, Ty has been acquiring, rehabilating and management of investment properties.

Ty were born and raised in Solano County. Ty is married to Margarita and they have three children who are active in local sports and talent activities. Always looking how they can contribute to improve the local community, the entire family volunteer their time to clean & maintain local public parks, as well as contributions to local Salvation Army, Boys Scouts of America, local Schools, Churches, Bay Area Chapter of Make a Wish foundation, as well as other local nonprofit organizations.
